ERCP FROM MINOR PAPILLA IN CASE OF PANCREAS DIVISUM WITH PD LEAK

A 42 year old gentleman presented with abdominal distention and pain 4 months after an episode of acute pancreatitis.
MRCP revealed pancreas divisum with PD leak from mid body. ERCP was done from minor papilla and stent placed. On 2 month follow up now ascites has completely disappeared and he has gained significant weight.
ERCP through minor papilla is extremely challenging procedure due to very small opening and need for special instruments and skill set.
