Enteroscopy guided ERCP in post whipple’s patient. MRCP suggestive of dominant stricture in Rt hepatic duct near insertion of rt post sectoral duct. Could not be negotiated by PTC or ERCP. Patient has changes of secondary sclerosing cholangitis with portal hypertension. Unfortunately she will end up in liver transplant.
