EUS (endoscopic ultrasound) guided coil placement and glue injection for hemetemesis
EUS (endoscopic ultrasound) guided coil placement and glue injection for hemetemesis due to Large (4.5 cm) gastric varix. 35 year male presented with massive hemetemesis uncontrolled by endoscopy glue injection
EUS guided two 10 mm coils placed and 3 ml CYA glue injected. Patient recovered well no repeat bleed post coiling and glue injection.
