  • 52 yr female with obstructive jaundice due to pancreatic head mass lesion (metastasis) with complete duodenal obstruction.
  • Patient had distal gastrectomy due to carcinoma stomach and gastro jejunostomy
  • Enteroscopy assisted ERCP failed.
  • Hence Endoscopic ultrasound guided trans gastric metal stent placed into left lobe bile duct leading to releif on jaundice
  • EUS procedure is better than PTBD and leads to internal drainage of bile
